We specialize in performing repairs on vintage pocket and wrist watches!
The process is simple:
- Use the form below to describe the service(s) you'd like performed. We usually respond the same day, but it may take up to 36 hours.
- Once confirmed, pay a $50 non-refundable deposit/diagnostic fee and ship us your watch. We will reach out with a shipping address after confirming payment.
- Once received, we will diagnose/confirm the problem and reach out with what we find as well as an estimate for repairs.
- You can choose to have the watch returned unfixed and be out the $50 or go ahead with repairs as quoted.
- Once repairs are complete, we will apply the $50 diagnostic fee towards your order total and invoice the difference.
- We will pay to ship your watch back to you once the payment is complete!
For peace of mind, services performed are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of completion.
